About Us

We are a wedding venue with a large, adaptable marquee for receptions ​and celebrations, and new luxury accommodation for around 20 guests ​on site. we are a very adaptable venue enabling you to make your day as ​bespoke as you like.

Hungarian Hall is in the heart of Suffolk, surrounded by pretty ​countryside, and just a short distance from the coast. We have a large ​function room, stunning marquee, expansive grounds and on-site ​accommodation for up to 20 people, it really is a wonderful place to ​celebrate any occasion.


We’re a friendly team, with years of delivering bespoke events under our ​belts. Our flexibility and willingness to adapt the venue means we can ​create a bespoke experience for you - we’re completely invested in ​bringing your vision to life.


Our new, luxurious accommodation will enable you to relax and enjoy ​your time here with your close friends and family. The addition of our ​accommodation enables people to come from further afield to enjoy this ​wonderful area too with guests being able to book to stay in this ​wonderful location.

About Paul

Hello, I am Paul @ Explorer Travel Holidays a Hays Travel Franchise. I am spent years helping ​family and freinds with wonderful holidays, planning them for people and also travelling ​extensively myself. I have been to every continent multiple times travelling and love to ​explore and engage in the local cultures, while engaging with sustainable travel companies. ​My biggest achievement travelling is completing The Inca Trail, but think this will be beaten ​in 2025/26, when i travel to Antartica. I beleive in providing a personal service being there ​for you as you build your perfect honeymoon, wether it be a romantic beach locaion, a ​cruise or for the more adventurous a multi-destination Adventure and Cultural holiday.

Paul is a Personal Travel Consultant, creating holiday ​itineraries, to suit your personal needs from an ​extensive selection of destinations, we can curate a ​romantic and special honeymoon based on your ​personal requirements.

About Smokey Deez

Smokey Deez started as an idea from Suffolk based chef Daniel, with his 20 years experience he ​developed a passion for smoking meats and making fresh pizza. He has travelled all over Italy in his ​quest to find the best pizza recipe. Unfortunately all of the skills and knowledge he has gained was ​very much kept to a pizza oven in his garden and his family the only ones to taste his amazing ​freshly made pizzas.


At the end of 2023 after having his 1st child he was finally given the boost he needed to introduce ​his pizzas to the rest of Suffolk and so Smokey deez begun! After spending the last few years ​working as head chef in award winning wedding venues Daniel put his skills with food and his ​knowledge of the industry together to create some unique and on trend catering packages to ​really give brides and grooms the option of something a little different to make their big days extra ​special and memorable.


Together with his wife, Daniel converted a horsebox into a beautiful pizza trailer and now travels all ​around East Anglia serving his Neapolitan style pizzas and buffets made with the freshest local ​ingredients allowing his customers to have the best Italian-Suffolk food you can get! Smokey Deez ​believes you deserve the absolute best on your big day!

We offer wedding catering ranging from fresh Neapolitan style pizzas served from a ​beautiful converted horsebox to sweet & savoury buffets and grazing boards and often a ​bit of both. We can tailor our packages for a personal experience.

More dress & cake exhibitors


More bridal hair, make-up artists, nail technicians, flower girl and bridesmaid dresses, transport


Would of like to have seen some make up artist there


More wedding attire, veils, shoes, bridesmaids dresses etc. something other than wedding cakes ie brownies, cupcakes, ​cookies, biscuits ideas for wedding favours. Artificial flower options


More info on civil ceremonies e.g. paperwork side of things! Also more videographers or photographers who provide ​videography too. Stationery options - contacts & design inspo.


We really enjoyed speaking with Funnells Kitchen and KR Cakes, both exhibitors were friendly, provided the information ​we needed, and were not pushy. We also liked speaking to PJA Photography, the daughter of Paul was really friendly, she ​is a credit to her dad and was very supportive of his business. The Gainsborough String Quartet played beautiful music ​and it was a pleasure to listen to them as we walked around the event.


Overall it was a helpful fair


All round a great fayre that provided great options, including our potential future wedding venue!

Display Case Only

We appreciate that not all wedding suppliers are able to personally showcase at each event, for a multitude ​of reasons. So we are pleased to announce a new stand concept to our event.



The Display Case Only option


Whats included:


  • You will have a 1.5x1.5m space in which you can place a display cabinet, ​and an area for business cards/leaflets.


  • we will also include your leaflets within our goody bags that are ​handed out to brides on arrival. (We need these 1 week in advance)


  • You will also receive a list of the bridal parties that have opted into ​our bridal register.


Use your space to best display your business offer. be inventive, use ​lots of bright colours to grab peoples attention. Be quirky, use a ​vintage upcycled display cabinet. Use lighting (No candles please!) ​perhaps Include an ipad with a presentation on a loop, photo boards, ​price lists and lots of examples of your work. Think of it as your own ​little shop window!


Terms:

You will be required to supply your own display cabinet.

Trinity Park Events Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage to your ​display/equipment (we suggest using a lockable display cabinet). Your ​display will not be manned, suitable information should be visible for ​visitors to scan/take away with them.

Terms & conditions

NExt steps:


  • Please read the terms and conditions and pay your deposit to confirm and agree your booking with us.
  • An invoice will be sent to you after we receive your booking form. These are due two weeks after issue.
  • You will receive the exhibitors information PDF. We aim to send this out approx 8 weeks before the event. This will give ​you lots more information, along with social media assets you can use to promote your stand to your followers. ​Please read it as there are some useful bits of information on there.
  • Send a copy of your Public liability insurance. We will send exhibitor pack information.
  • Final invoices are due 01/09/2024.



Insurance, health and safety

A copy of your Public Liability Insurance must be sent with your booking form. Notwithstanding the indemnity hereby ​given, the exhibitor undertakes to arrange third party liability insurance for a minimum sum of £2,000,000.

Any electrical equipment that you use must have current P.A.T testing evidence available.

Each exhibitor is responsible for their own risk assessment relating to their own setup and equipment.

Trinity Park Events fully complies with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 and stipulates all of the exhibitors ​at its wedding fayres must meet all the GDPR requirements.


Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure your stand space, payment to be received within 2 weeks of booking. We are ​happy to take full payment on booking if you prefer.

The remaining balance of the cost of your stand must be paid four full weeks prior to the event by 1st September 2024, ​failure to do so may result in the loss of your stand space.

Deposits and final amounts are NOT transferable between fayres unless at the discretion of The Events Team.

If you are a late booking (after Sept 5th 2024) the full amount will be payable on receipt of invoice.


Rules for exhibitors on Event days

1. There is limited space loading and unloading, therefore once unloaded please park in the allocated car park. The site ​will be open from 8.00 am. (Preferably at the far end of the Carpark, allowing visitors to park closer to the event).

2. Stands to be ready 10 minutes prior to the advertised opening time and dismantling of stands should not take place ​until the official closing time

3. All sites must be left in good condition, otherwise costs may be incurred.

4. Exhibitors should only display their own goods or services otherwise a charge will be raised. The exhibitor may not ​transfer their stand to any other person without the prior written consent of the Trinity Park Events Team.

5. The organisers do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss to stands or property at the exhibition or in the ​grounds of the exhibition from any cause whatsoever.

6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse permission to display any or all items which infringe moral or legal ​obligations, or rights of a third party.

7. Every exhibitor hereby accepts liability for all acts or omissions of him/herself, his/her employees, contractors, ​owners and visitors and undertake to indemnify against all liability in respect thereof and against actions, suits, ​proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses including any legal costs and expenses and any compensations, costs ​and disbursements paid by the organisers on the advice of Counsel for compromise or settlement of any such claims.


Cancellation

• Any cancellations of stands must be submitted in writing. Exhibitors will be liable for full payment for cancellations ​received less than 4 full weeks prior to the event.


• There will be no refunds for non-attendance on the day.


• If the wedding fayre has to be cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds in whole or in part will ​not be given.
